New Email Accounts

UniKey accounts are created automatically for all salaried staff members of the University of Sydney. This generally happens 1-2 days after a staff members first pay cycle ends. If an email account is required more urgently then the Electronic Form should be completed by their supervisor or Manager.

Contract, Casual staff members, or persons affiliated with the University do not get email accounts created automatically and should have their Manager or Head of Unit complete the Electronic Form.

Alternately they could take a recent pay-slip, contract of employment, or letter of affiliation to the Helpdesk with visual ID and an account may be created for them.
